Highline Ranch is a cozy, family-oriented community consisting of 107 lots. We are located on the northwest corner of South Mountain Blvd. and 20th Street in Phoenix, Arizona. Our community is 5 miles southwest of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport with convenient access to Interstate 10 and 17.

Highline Ranch is served by the Roosevelt Elementary School District. Children in grades Kindergarten through eighth attend C.O. Greenfield Elementary School. High school students attend South Mountain High School, part of the Phoenix Union High School District.

Highline Ranch is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently Total Property Management.
